Raquel joined our ranks in 2000, marking over two decades of exceptional service and unwavering commitment to patientcare. Having graduated from the University of Manitoba dental hygiene program in 1990, Raquel distinguished herself by achieving the highest-grade point average in her class. Her dedication and proficiency were further acknowledged when she received the Dr. Louka Restorative Award, a testament to her exceptional skills in the field.

Raquel plays a vital role in assessing patients' well-being and providing them with professional teeth cleaning services. Raquel works with the team to educate patients about the intricate connections between their general health, lifestyle choices and oral well-being, empowering them to make informed decisions.

During her leisure time, she takes the time for activities that bring joy and balance to her life, including swimming, cycling, hot yoga and tending to her beloved garden. She can also be found cheering on the Winnipeg Jets and Blue Bombers.
